My Approach
I provide therapy where you can feel safe to actually say out loud what you are thinking and feeling, without judgement or shame. I will help you untangle the thoughts that keep you up at night or distract you at work. Once we declutter thoughts and feelings, I will challenge you to do things differently because you're seeking therapy to be different and better.

Therapy may take some time or it can be brief. Often individuals have some parts of their lives that just aren't working. Helping people just like you is what I do. I can help people identify areas for change as well as the skills, tools and techniques to help them build the life they desire.
